Our experienced and nurturing staff can assist you. We offer a comprehensive range of services including education, social support, medical referrals, transportation assistance, follow-up on immunizations, and more for eligible participants, which is why we are proud to offer this service free of charge to eligible clients.
Proper nutrition is essential for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. Our team of registered dietitians can provide individualized nutrition counseling and education to help you make healthy choices during pregnancy and beyond. We also offer assistance with accessing healthy food options and applying for food assistance programs.
We understand that transportation can be a barrier to accessing healthcare and other essential services. That's why we offer transportation assistance to eligible clients, including help with scheduling appointments, arranging transportation. Our goal is to ensure that all families have access to the care and resources they need to thrive.
